Sheraton Imperial's Chinese restaurant... Celestial Court.
Last night was the first time I had the chance to try the new menu.
Glad to say, the prawns are fresh and huge. Like in the picture below. Succulent and tasty. Very syok! As a person who love prawns, I give this dish 10/10. Perfect in every way.
Seafood tofu in sizzling pot below is fresh too. Damn satisfying with steamed rice. 10/10 as well.
Cod fish in salted egg white. While the cod fish is excellent, the egg white is creamy yet I did not taste any salted egg in it. Thoroughly enjoyed it though. If only there was steamed man tou to go with the creamy egg. Purrrrrfect!8/10!
Chicken in kungpo sauce. Frankly, this is a disappointment. I'd say the chicken slices are tender but the sauce is too diluted. 4/10 only.
Desserts below is gooooooooooooddddddddddd....
